“Hollywood’s most in-demand mansion whisperer.”

—Town & Country

LA House Histories creates privately commissioned coffee-table books about the history of homes. The books profile all the owners from the original construction to the present, with a vast array of vintage photographs, magazine and newspaper clippings, aerial photos, and more. The hardcover books, which span 50 to 400 pages, are designed by an award-winning graphic designer and are one-of-a-kind commissions not sold to the general public.

We also research residential and commercial properties for owners, buyers, real estate brokers, architects, and interior designers. Our custom solutions help homebuyers evaluate and visualize a home’s pedigree, and help brokers secure a listing, market the home, and thank their clients. For architects and designers, we uncover vintage photographs and drawings to inform creative decisions.
